I am Bradley Ortega, the founder of Ortega Care. Our organization is dedicated to supporting children who are hearing and speech impaired. In many parts of our country, these children are often excluded from mainstream schools, and there are few or no specialized learning centers nearby. As a result, they are left without access to proper education.
Ortega Care works to bridge this gap. We create a safe and nurturing environment where every child—regardless of their challenges—has the opportunity to learn and grow. Depending on each child’s situation, we provide online, offline, or in-person education, and whenever possible, we arrange learning opportunities close to their homes or communities. Additionally, identifying and reaching children who lack access to education is one of our key responsibilities.

Our mission is to provide completely free, personalized education for children with hearing and speech impairments. We focus on creating a supportive, inclusive, and adaptive learning environment that respects each child’s pace, learning style, and potential. Our goal is to equip them with the knowledge, confidence, and life skills needed to navigate the world independently and successfully.

Even though our programs are completely free, we rely on donations to provide educational tools, technology, volunteer training, and other resources necessary to maximize each child’s learning potential.
